Dolby Pcee Needs To Be Installed
Dolby Pcee Driver Setup

EDIT: Found out problem>I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE VIDEO.
Fix: 1. Used the setup program itself to remove the drivers that video instructed to manually uninstall from Device Manager.
2 Computer must be restart at this point, even if doesn't tell you to.
3. Restarted setup program, it then installed the drivers again, and added back in the Dolby Surround Sound Program that was missing after 2 restarts initiated by the program, each time the program coming back up after the restart to finish extra stuff. (I think before I mistakenly cancelled out of it when it restarted thinking it was accidentally started.)
While this is what worked for me for my computer, the people that have other computers that the dolby software is included should have similar solutions as long as you download the driver for that individual computer from the manufacturers website like I did.
While installing Dolby HT GUI, its say'n that PCEE needs to be installed. What is PCEE,How can i get it?? After installing,any problem persists with my previous audio driver?
